50 Cent Weighs in on Jay Z and Drake Beef

50 Cent has decided to weigh in on the potential rivalry, which was potentially heightened Sunday when Jay Z addressed Drake’s recent Rolling Stone remarks in a verse on Jay Electronica’s “We Made It.”

50 Cent says its just the early stages of somethings larger if Drake doesn’t approach Jay in a professional manor.

CelebNMusic247.com got the drop via the Russ Parr Morning Show as 50 Cent weighed in on the Hov verse.

“I think it’s just getting started because we didn’t actually hear any verses or rap from Drake,”

“But you know what? It’s interesting. I think you’re supposed to rap about things that are in your actual life. But those are laws that were a part of our culture when I actually came in and fell in love with it. But it’s old school.”

Unfortunately for Mrs. Drake, as Hov puts it, can’t deny the comments in his Rolling Stone interview, especially since it was printing millions of times over from the February interview.

To recap, Drake criticizes Jay Z’s references to art, stating in the article:

“It’s like Hov can’t drop bars these days without at least four art references.”

“I would love to collect [art] at some point, but I think the whole Rap/art world thing is getting kind of corny.”

50 Cent is known for his high-profile beefs with Ja Rule and Fat Joe, among others, so he happens to be officiato when it comes to hip hop feuds.

He says:

“I think I would respond to it.”

“I don’t know. It depends. Sometimes it has to be the right timing surrounding the response.”

50 Cent adds:

“You’ve got to see what kind of lines would come out relationshipwise.”

“It might actually create a separation here, people, where there’s the team ReRe and Drake on one side and Jay and B on the other side.”
