After several weeks of Carlton Dance gossip, Alfonso finally confirmed the rumors on Twitter, explaining:
“It’s official. @WitneyCarson and I are doing The Carlton Dance to Tom Jones ‘It’s Not Unusual’ this week.”
Witney Carson, Alfonso’s partner, also confirmed the exciting news. She posted a picture of the duo performing the Carlton in the studio, explaining in the caption area, “It’s official, only 3 DAYS until we do THE CARLTON!!! Spread the word.”
Of course, in order to get the high scores they desire, Witney and Alfonso will need to spend plenty of time in hold (unless they were assigned jazz, in which case, they’re free to Carlton all they want). It will definitely be entertaining to see them busting out the Carlton on the dance floor!
