In a new interview Brad Pitt‘s better half Angelina Jolie Working on Being A Wife. Angelina is taking on the role of her life as a wife and mother.

The “Unbroken” director, who’s known for so many things including her humanitarian efforts, revealed she’s working to improve herself since tying the knot with Brad Pitt.

Jolie, 39, told Tom Brokaw in an interview that aired on NBC’s “Today” show Tuesday:

“We have more moments where I say, ‘I’m going to be a better wife.’”

“‘I’m going to learn to cook.’ And [Brad] says, ‘Oh, honey, know what you’re good at.’ … But I do like, ‘No, no, no, I’m going to get this wife thing down.’ He knows my limitations and where I’m a good wife and a good mom.”

The celebrity couple quietly wed at their French estate, Chateau Miraval, before a small group of guests in late August. For some reason, everything has sort of changed for Angelina even though they are the same couple with six kids. Jolie alluded to a heightened sense of commitment for not only herself and Pitt, 50, but their six kids as well.

“We were fortunate enough to be in that unusual situation, we got married with our children and they were part of the ceremony.”

“It was all of us agreeing to be together and to just commit to this life together. Not because we had to … because we were absolutely sure we felt that much of a family.”
