It seem Bryan Williams, better known as Birdman handled his bidness when it comes to his pad in Florida. Since the Birdman Condo Lawsuit was dismissed it’s obvious that Baby must have coughed up over $13k in unpaid bills on the home.

Here is what DC outlet TheJasmineBrand is reporting on the Birdman Condo Lawsuit Dismissal:

On November 18th, The Ivy Condo Association reportedly filed a lien against the Cash Money co-founder, claiming he had failed to pay the fees associated with the Miami pad. They say he refused to pay 15 months of maintenance fees for a total of $9k+, along with paying fees late for six months. They also claim that Birdman reportedly provided them a check that had insufficient funds.

The grand total on the lien — including their legal fees — was $12,447.28.

The condo association grew tired of waiting for Birdman to pay the money owed and went to court on December 22nd and filed a foreclosure lawsuit against him. The lawsuit demanded the court give them permission to kick Birdman out of the condo and sell it off at a foreclosure auction in Miami.

Then on January 6th, The Ivy Condominium filed docs in the legal battle explaining they are voluntarily dismissing the lawsuit against Birdman. It’s likely that the rapper paid the $13k debt he owed them. The case was closed the same day.

Birdman has had his share of financial issues recently, having been hit with a federal tax lien accusing him of owing over $1.9 million to the IRS and also being hit with a $1 million dollar lien by Zankey Construction Company over unpaid work they did on the mega-mansion.

Let’s be real Birdman has a lot on his plate, and sometimes things slip through the cracks or gets over-looked when running an empire like YMCMB.
