If you remember, Birdman copped producer Scott Storch, the lavish $14.5 million crib a crazy in Miami two years ago. According to sources the mansion was in pretty good shape when he scooped it off the market, but Bird wanted to make the palace his own so he decided to do a bunch of renovations.

The only problem is, the construction company responsible for the costly renovations are claiming that they were not paid accordingly. Sound like this is a trend with YMCMB since Birdman has been known for NOT paying their bills.

Now TheJasmineBrand has this report on his 9-bedroom, 17-bathroom mansion:

Reports surface today that Birdman is facing a $1 million lien from the company over unpaid work on the mansion.
