Streets is talking and word is Frank Ocean’s decision to file charges against Chris Brown later this week stems from a phone call he received from Jay-Z, according to America’s gossip mill MediaTakeOut.
To recap:
Ocean was attacked by Brown and the singer’s entourage outside a recording studio in Los Angeles on Sunday night, according to a police report. However, R&B crooner Ocean was initially reluctant to file charges, but MTO says he’s had a change of heart since talking to the Roc Nation mogul.

“Oh, what a DIFFERENCE a day makes – and a call from Jay Z. MTO received word from a top source that after speaking to Jay-Z, Frank Ocean has changed his mind. We’re told that Frank is expected to file criminal charges against Breezy before the week is out. And is looking into filing a civil suit against Breezy too.”
The story is interesting since a “TOP SOURCE” close to Jigga told RumorFix that he did not pressure Ocean to file charges against Brown. Word is, Has hasn’t even spoke with Ocean about the incident.
