Bad news for Capo earlier today as he was BUSTED by police!
Word is, Jim Jones was arrested outside his house in New Jersey for disorderly conduct and hindering apprehension by the Fair Lawn Police Department! Jones, a Fair Lawn resident whose real name is Joseph G. Jones, 37, was arrested in the morning on Feb. 13 after he was questioned by police about a vehicle on Ward Street.

Officers were responding to complaints of an illegally parked car outside Jim’s house when Jimmy came out to investigate.
After exchanging words the officer ran Jim’s name through the data base and came up with a warrant for a vehicle violation and another for not shoveling the snow in front of his house.
The officer asked Jimmy to accompany him to the police station and that’s when the trouble started.
The Chrissy & Mr Jones star was taken into custody and booked for failure to co-operate and obstruction.
