Kim Richards Bestie Suing Over Dog Attack

It seems that Kim Richards Pitbull, Kingsley may be too much to handle these days for the Real Houswives of Beverly Hills star, since Kim Richards Bestie Suing Over Dog Attack!

Kay Rozario, a woman that Kim Richards calls her “second mother” is suing the RHOBH star for the gruesome dog bites she suffered from Kim’s pitbull, CelebNMusic247.com has learned via TMZ.

Time to start paying up Kim!

Kay Rozario says she was in Kim’s bedroom in March when she reached over the bed and Kingsley attacked her, biting through her hand all the way to the bone. The dog also went for her face but she blocked it with her arm, which was also injured.

Rozario tells TMZ … Kim’s first reaction was, “Please don’t tell anyone. I’ll lose my show.”

Paramedics came and wanted to call animal control, but Rozario talked them out of it and said Kim would handle it.

Rozario tells us Kim has refused to pay any of her medical bills. So she’ll file a lawsuit next week.

As we reported, the dog has attacked 4 people.

Kim Richards calls Rozario’s version of events “vehemently not true,” and strongly insinuates Rozario knew the dog was in the room and prone to bite. In addition the previous claims, Kim also said the same thing about her niece Alexia.

We love dogs, but Kim is playing with fire keeping this dog. She NEEDS to get rid of the dog. However, if Alexia didn’t listen to her Aunt when she was asked NOT to go in the room with the dog.
