Phaedra Parks Taking Leave Of Absence on RHOA???

There’s chatter that Bravo has lost another peach because Phaedra Parks may be taking a little time away from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

CelebNMusic247.com previously reported that all the ladies were coming back for season 7 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but since Apollo Nida was sentenced and heading to prison she’s been trying to figure out how to be a single mom.

Here is what we are hearing from our friends at 4UMF.com who has the tea on Phaedra’s apparent change of heart about being on the RHOATL.

Season 7 of “RHOA” will be a rough on for the author-attorney. Her husband Apollo Nida is heading off to prison, and she’s got to figure out how she’ll raise their sons on her own while he’s in lock up. That’s a lot for anyone to deal with, but she’s got to it in the public eye!

To take some of the pressure of herself, Phaedra will be taking a small break from the show. According to StraightFromTheA.com, the leave of absence will allow her to make sure that her family is as stable as it can be during this difficult transition.

Phaedra herself hasn’t said anything about her rumored retreat, at this time. If the gossip is to be believed, “RHOA” fans may not notice her absence initially as she’s filmed a lot of footage for the show.

With Phaedra possibly making her exit, producers may want to consider finding a temporary replacement. There have been whispers that Sheree Whitfield might be making a return to the show this season, so it would be interesting to catch up with her in Phaedra’s absence.

Of course, if Bravo is going to go the comeback route, I would really love to see Dwight Eubanks make a return! He was always billed as the sixth housewife, so it might be high time for him to finally get a peach. If that happened, though, some screen time with NeNe Leakes would be necessary. That might be a little tough to arrange since she unofficially quit the show, but “RHOA” addicts can always hope!

In what would only be the ultimate reality TV crossover, I have to say that it might be kind of cool to see Mona Scott-Young appear as a stand-in for Phaedra. She’s an amazing business woman who is constantly surrounded by controversy! What else do you need for good drama on Bravo?

If Phaedra’s going to take a break from the show, who would you want to step in for her beauties?

Thoughts?
