Thirty Seconds To Mars Drummer, Shannon Leto and brother to Jared Leto was arrested Monday night for DUI.
CelebNMusic247.com has learned that Jared Leto’s brother was popped in Hollywood around 7:00 PM after cops spotted his car stalled on Fairfax Blvd. in Hollywood.
According to law enforcement sources, cops thought Shannon Leto showed signs of impairment … and arrested him.
We’re also told that the Thirty Seconds To Mars drummer had an outstanding traffic warrant for driving without a license.
Leto is still in custody and being held on bail — $5,000 for the DUI … and $2,500 for unlicensed driving.
