W.i.P. nightclub feels Tony Parker is insane to think people would have known there would be a bloody brawl between Chris Brown and Drake, according to new legal docs filed by the club.
Back in June, Tony Parker filed a lawsuit for $20 mil against the Soho club he sustained damages to his face when he took a shard of glass to the eye during the Drizzy and Breezy bottle-throwing melee.
Parker’s lawsuit claims that W.i.P. should have been aware of the “bad blood” between the two stars – and never should have let them inside the establishment on that fateful night.
Now the nightclub is fighting back…firing shots, claiming Parker’s got it all wrong . The club feels that it’s not the club’s job to keep tabs on its patrons‘ personal lives, Moreover, explaining that they can’t be held responsible for not knowing about the beef.
In addition, Parker also claims the nightclub supplied booze to extremely intoxicated patrons, which helped fuel the brawl that led to the San Antonio Spurs player’s injuries.
The club is now contesting Parker’s lawsuit saying he has got no case !
Adding salt to his open wound, W.i.P. wants the lawsuit dismissed in its entirety.
So far, a judge has yet to rule on the legal matters.
